Gulfood Dubai, the world’s largest food and beverage trade fair, came to an end on 17 February, where Dacsa Group was present as an exhibitor with its latest innovations.
5 days in which manufacturers and distributors of equipment and service providers, for the food and hospitality sectors, met to share and connect.
This time, after the pandemic situation, the fair has been, more than ever, a meeting point for the sector in what the organisers have described as a historic edition. The food and beverage sectors from all over the world were mobilised to shape a more resilient and forward-looking industry.
The focus of this edition was to rethink the sector and to set out future challenges, in a fair where the industry’s change agents and trendsetters were present.
During the 5 days of Gulfood, visitors were not only able to visit the numerous exhibitors from companies from all over the world, but also the 2022 innovation awards were presented and there were debates on hot topics such as the digital market in the food industry, sustainability with the Gulfood Zero Taste initiative and the talent of young people. All of this through presentations, but also with workshops and showcooking.
A professional and high-level event in which Dacsa Group wanted to be present to take the pulse of the sector and be part of this change and future.
And 5 days in which the Dubai World Trade Center hosted an essential event in the sector in which food and beverage professionals were able to take note of the latest developments and products, understand how the market is advancing and connect with suppliers worldwide.
