Shaping Dacsa’s Future II Edition

In October, we launched the second of many editions of our high-potential program: Shaping Dacsa’s Future, conducted in collaboration with EADA Business School at their facilities in Barcelona and Collbató.

At the core of all the content are the company’s values (commitment, innovation, responsibility, and people). This approach reaffirms our dedication to preparing our teams so they are ready to tackle the challenges of tomorrow.

🔹 A Global Experience:
This year, the program is conducted entirely in English, enabling the participation of a group of 26 identified individuals from all our plants: Spain, the United Kingdom, Portugal, Poland, and Ukraine.

🔹 A Transformational Goal:
The purpose of this training is to guide and support our professionals in designing strategies that transform people and teams. Additionally, this program empowers them to advance their professional careers.

The program is structured into three main blocks:

• Leading High-Performance Teams and Effective Communication.
• Leading the Business: Critical Thinking and Decision-Making.
