RECEIPT

Fish nuggets with three sauces

Ingredients
  • 1 package of Hi Vegs! fish flavored nuggets.
  • Optional: Half glass of oil for frying

Tomato sauce

  • 1 small onion
  • 1 large carrot
  • 1 medium-sized beet
  • 1 dash of olive oil
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • 1 pinch of salt and pepper

Vegan green sauce

  • 100ml soy milk with no added sugars
  • 200ml sunflower oil
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1/2 lemon juice
  • 1 pinch of fresh chives
  • 1 handful of fresh spinach
  • Optional 1 clove of garlic

Sweet mustard sauce

  • 1 small bowl of mustard seeds or ground mustard
  • Agave syrup to taste
Elaboration

Nuggets:

Cook them in a frying pan with oil, air fryer or oven.


Tomato sauce without tomato:

In a saucepan add a little olive oil along with the rest of the ingredients and cook over medium/low heat for 20-30 min.

Blend, season to taste and set aside.


Green veganesa:

In a blender cup add the soy milk, lemon juice, salt, oil, garlic and whip with the help of the blender. Once it has a creamy consistency, add the spinach, chives and blend.


Sweet mustard sauce:

Mix the ingredients in a bowl and taste to your liking.
