On pot of pasta with meatballs

  • 1 package of meatballs Hi Vegs
  • 300 gr of spaghetti pasta
  • 500 ml vegetable broth or water
  • 2 medium onions
  • 8-12 cherry tomatoes
  • 2 tablespoons of tomato sauce
  • fresh basil
  • 1-2 cloves of garlic
  • olive oil
  • salt

Cut the cherry tomatoes in half.

Peel and cut the onions into julienne strips.

Peel and chop the garlic.

In a pot or pan add the ingredients... spaghetti, onion, cherry tomatoes, garlic, a pinch of salt, tomato sauce, a little olive oil, some basil leaves, the meatballs, cover with the broth.

Cover and cook over medium heat for about 10 minutes, stirring constantly. Season to taste.
