Burger

Ingredients
  • 2 vegan beef patties Hi-vegs flavor
  • 2 lettuce leaves
  • 75g cabbage
  • 50g red onion
  • 1 grated carrot
  • 1 golden apple
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Hamburger bun

  • Salt
  • Yogurt sauce
  • 3 unsweetened soy yogurts
  • 1c/s mustard
  • 1c/s honey
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 3 tbsp of olive oil
  • Salt
Elaboration

Wash and cut the sweet potato into sticks, add salt, pepper, thyme and rosemary sprigs, a little oil and place on paper on a baking tray. Preheat the oven and bake at 180ºC for approximately 20 minutes.

 

For the yogurt sauce, mix all the ingredients, whisk and add the oil little by little and season with salt.

 

Mix the julienned cabbage with grated carrot, grated apple and red onion, add half of the sauce and season with salt.

 

In a frying pan or grill make the hamburger while toasting the bread, and turn the hamburger over.

 

On the base of the bread place a couple of spoonfuls of yogurt sauce, on top place the lettuce, on this the hamburger and on top the coleslaw, close with the other part of the bread and serve with yogurt sauce on the side and the sweet potato strips.
