  • 250 ml – Equivalent to 6 egg whites
  • 450 ml – Equivalent to 11 egg whites

  • 1 250ml Aquafaba
  • A few drops of lemon juice
  • 40gr of melted coconut oil
  • 50gr sugar
  • 200gr soy milk
  • 80gr flour
  • 1 teaspoon of baking powder
  • 80 grams of chopped dark chocolate
  1. Mix the coconut oil with the cocoa and sugar.
  2. Add the flour together with the baking powder.
  3. Finally add the melted chopped chocolate.
  4. Whip the Veggieclara with a few drops of lemon juice and with the help of an electric whisk until it reaches snow point (5-10 minutes). Set aside.
  5. Mix the two preparations little by little with the help of a spatula using encircling movements.
  6. Pour the preparation into the mold, previously smeared with a little oil so that it does not stick.
  7. Bake in a preheated oven for about 45 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius.
