Let’s Talk Programme

This year, and annually, all employees at Dacsa Group will participate in a personal interview with their manager to discuss their performance and career motivations.

The aim of the Lets Talk programme is the standardisation of a group-wide 180° evaluation and development process for all employees working in an operations position. Since 2017, performance and development interviews have been carried out in the support, commercial, administration and management areas using the “Dacsa Performance Review” tool.

From this year onwards, all employees from all departments and levels will be involved, with at least one face-to-face meeting a year, to exchange opinions on performance and focus on their development and improvement.

The performance review and career guidance is a relevant exercise that contributes to the cascading of the Dacsa leader’s functions.

In the interview you will discuss the most positive aspects and also the aspects you would like to see improvements and the best way we can address these issues. For Dacsa Group it is important that people have the possibility to improve and have the opportunity to communicate your current and future motivations.

All supervisors or team leaders (managers) are being trained to carry out this important exercise of professional accompaniment in a professional manner.
