Desayuno formativo – Personal de Prácticas

DACSA GROUP .

Last July, a training breakfast was held for the people who were doing their internships at Valencia´s Plant. The interns were able to learn about the future projects the company is working on, gain a better understanding of the business and market trends and share experiences with their colleagues. They also had the opportunity to take a guided tour of our facilities, allowing them to gain a deeper understanding of the types of products and how the production process works.

Laura Vera, who is doing her internship in the Customer Service & Logistics Department, told us: “The experience was very enriching, they shared important and relevant information about the company and the sector. In addition, it allowed us to meet and socialize with colleagues from different areas and their respective activities”.

Tamara Garcia from the Administration Department: “It was an enriching and fun activity, telling us the history of the company, its different lines of business, and being an intern has made me feel part of this great business family”.

Natalia Navarro and Alma Frish winners of the training activity

Pedro Juanes, also from the Administration Department, told us: “The best way to feel integrated in a company is to get to know the people who are part of it. It has been a great idea to promote this training activity in which we have learnt as much about our colleagues as about the company”.

At Dacsa Group we firmly believe in the importance of shared knowledge and for this reason, we open our doors every year to offer experiences and opportunities to interns. Each year, around 20 people from different Universities and Higher education Course usually do an internship with us. The experience provided by internships is key to students’ future careers and an opportunity to demonstrate their knowledge in the workplace.
