On 20 and 21 October, Valencia will once again host Ftalks Food Summit, the event that brings together the stakeholders involved in the transformation of the food sector and which is sponsored by Dacsa Group.
Two days of inspiration, success stories, startups and networking around sustainability and health.
The first day, through round tables and presentations, will focus on global disruptions in food. Araceli Ciscar, Executive Director of Dacsa Group, will take part in the event to talk about creating companies of the future with open innovation.
The second day, which will be held at “Telar de Miguel Martí”, will be more experiential, with a future market with technology and products that we will encounter over the next 25 years.
Ftalks is an opportunity to learn about innovations in the sector and experiment with the food of the future, all thanks to the more than 40 startups and more than 50 leading global figures who will be present.
Companies that are already leading the transition of the sector towards a more sustainable, healthy and accessible one, such as Grupo Dacsa in vegetable protein with its Pésol Pea project.
