Once again, Dacsa Group will attend the International Food Ingredients Fair, which, this time, will be held in Paris, specifically at the Paris Expo Porte de Versailles, between 6 and 8 December, in its face to face version.
The event, which has more than 30 years of history, is a benchmark in the European food industry. At Food Ingredients, new innovative solutions are presented by the different exhibitors, such as Dacsa Group, who attend the fair.
It is also a great opportunity to access content and presentations focused on trends in the sector, driving change and innovation to build the future of the food sector.
The main contents are structured around three fundamental axes such as the development of plant-based products, the reformulation of products to meet the new demands of consumers and health and wellbeing.
Specifically, Dacsa Group will be there to present its latest contributions and innovations developed by the group, especially with regard to the development of plant-based ingredients based on pea protein through the Pésol Pea project, as well as its more traditional products such as rice and corn.
