Between October 3 and 5 we will be present in Vigo, at the Conxemar 2023 Fair, at the frozen seafood products event that, this time, celebrates its XXIV edition.
The fair, held at the “Instituto Ferial de Vigo” (IFEVI), is organized by Conxemar, the Spanish Association of Wholesalers, Importers, Exporters and Processors of Fishery and Aquaculture Products.
Conxemar annually celebrates the Fair of frozen seafood products to show the innovation and sustainability of the entire sector. For our part, we will be present with our snacks, strips and bites, texturized vegetable protein products suitable for any marinade and as an accompaniment to any dish, in addition to our solutions for coatings and breadings.
mar International Fair has established itself as one of the most important in the world and has positioned itself as a benchmark at European level. It is a meeting point for wholesalers, importers, exporters, manufacturers or distributors from the sector, among others.
In the 2022 edition, Conxemar gathered more than 26,000 professionals from the sector, coming from a hundred countries, with more than 700 exhibitors in a total surface area that exceeded 37,000 square meters.
On this occasion, Dacsa Group will participate with our innovations in texturized protein, our solutions for coatings and breadings and more innovations that will be available to attendees who can visit us at stand 1E48 in Hall 1.
