The 19th edition of the Snackex fair, the main international meeting point for trends in the snack sector, closed last Thursday 7th July.
Dacsa Group, as a supplier of ingredients for the sector, was present offering its natural ingredients for the production of healthier and more natural snacks. Among the alternatives offered by Dacsa are the extensive range of special flours, quinoa, chickpea, pea or bean flours, as well as semolina or flaking grits and rice.
A natural alternative that is backed by the trend towards healthier products demanded by the sector, and the consumer, and which has been reflected at Snackex.
The fair, held in Hamburg (Germany), and organised by the European Snacks Association (ESA), has returned to its in person event after several years without being held due to the pandemic.
The event brought together more than 180 companies from all over the world, involving leading companies in the sector, from ingredient suppliers such as Dacsa Group, to machinery, production equipment, packaging and end-product manufacturers.
After a year without being able to be held due to the pandemic, Snackex has once again become the international centre of the appetisers, snacks and nuts sector and, for two days, it has been possible to see the new trends and products that are going to mark the coming months.
Dacsa Group could not miss this biennial benchmark event in the sector to present the latest innovations and products developed by the group, but also to consolidate business relationships and start new ones in a unique event in Europe.
