Last week, the Alimentaria trade fair took place in Barcelona, an international meeting point for the food, food service and catering industry.
Dacsa Group was an exhibitor at this benchmark event in the sector, which brought together more than 3,000 exhibiting companies from 52 countries and nearly 100,000 visitors.
An event that seeks to encourage business, internationalisation and the reactivation of these strategic sectors for the Spanish economy.
Dacsa took advantage of the forum to launch its latest plant-based products from the HiVegs! range, as well as Aquafaba and Sobravegana de Vegadénia.
These 100% plant-based products reflect the group’s advances in texture, flavour and innovation, which attendees were able to sample at the group’s stand.
Alimentaria provided an excellent setting for these launches, but also to showcase the entire range of Dacsa rice products, rice grown in the Albufera under the Arroz de Valencia Designation of origin. Natural, quality rice with varieties such as Bomba, Albufera or Extra, suitable for all kinds of preparations.
Also included was, the increasingly abundant range of Natur Dacsa products, products that are allergen-free, healthy, easy to prepare and 100% gluten-free. Examples such as the latest addition, texturised pea protein, which joins the Falafel Mix, béchamel mix and Chickpea flour.
Alimentaria has thus become a great business platform for professionals in the sector, who were able to see at first-hand a large part of the Group’s product range thanks to attendees from strategic markets for food and equipment exports.
At the same time, the event was a reflection of the boom in healthy products and vegetable protein, as evidenced by the products of Dacsa Group, which has expanded its range of plant-based products.
Innovation, gastronomy and the latest trends, both in the exhibitors and in the programme of parallel activities, at an event in which the sector demonstrated its strength and capacity for growth and innovation.
The next edition of Alimentaria will be held in March 2024 and Dacsa Group will be there with new products and launches.
