On July 1st, Dacsa Group participated in the first of 4 #SpeedNetworking online sessions of the #UVcapacitas program, which is managed by #UVocupació with the collaboration of Santander Bank, to improve the placement into employment of people with disabilities.
Nine participants from the Social and Legal Sciences area participated in the session. This is a business-to-candidate approach that facilitates the presentation of student nominations to companies, in a dynamic manner, through personal interviews of less than 5 minutes.
Dacsa made a presentation of its operations, the departments related to the profiles, and the participants below showed their candidature with a few short interviews.
The session was a success! Both Dacsa and the participants appreciated being part of this activity in order to showcase talent and to improve job inclusion. Diversity in business and labour inclusion is essential for us to grow as a Society.
