Dacsa Group obtains CDP certification for environmental sustainability

The Carbon Disclosure Project (CDP) has released its ratings for 2023 and Dacsa Group has maintained its B rating in the Climate Change questionnaire, demonstrating our commitment to environmental sustainability.

Dacsa Group includes all its plants in the scope of the questionnaire, sharing its responses publicly with complete transparency. The B grade keeps us in the Management Band, which motivates us to continue improving on our path towards leadership and implementation of best practices.

The work of CDP is crucial to help companies to measure, manage, disclose, and ultimately reduce their greenhouse gas emissions, gathering this type of corporate climate change data and providing it to the marketplace.

CDP is an accredited observer to the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC), playing a key role in tracking the progress of non-state actors towards achieving the goals of the Paris Agreement. They are also an accredited observer to UN Environment Programme, have Consultative Status with UN Economic and Social Council, and are a Strategic Partner to UN Global Compact.

Our participation in CDP is a further reflection of Dacsa Group firm position in the action against climate change as a transversal element in all the organization’s activities.
