Dacsa Group repeats another year as an exhibitor at the leading snack fair in Europe: SNACKEX 2017
The fair is celebrated on the 20th and 21st of June in the city of Vienna. Snackex is organized by the European Snacks Association (ESA) and is the only fair in Europe focused 100% on the snack sector, joining the snack industry in a unique event and serving as a meeting place between customers and suppliers.

El Grupo Dacsa, presents this year in Snackex the new range of special gluten-free flours that it manufactures in the recently acquired factory in Zamora: Molendum Ingredients.

Among the new ingredients it brings to its extensive portfolio of products we highlight:

  • Gluten-free crudes from cereals, legumes and ancestral grains
  • Gluten-free breads of different granulometry
  • Ingredients for infant feeding
